National Account Executive, Web & Unified Communications

Description:The National Account Executive, Web & Unified Communications (UC) will contributes to Arkadinís success by generating revenue through sales of Arkadinís web conferencing and unified collaboration solutions. The Web & UC NAE will be responsible for consultative, solution-based account management focusing on new business development within existing customers as well as new business development with web & UC solutions. This position will focus on increasing sales through the core business channel and new client acquisition, working closely in a team environment as an overlay specialist.
Duties:
  • Act as a sales overlay for the web and unified communications product portfolio for Arkadin
  • Reaching and exceeding monthly revenue objectives (personal and overlay quotas)
  • Increase and establish new opportunities for Web & UC revenue through further penetration into existing collaboration customers
  • Strategic acquisition of new clients (medium and large enterprises) that have no relationship with Arkadin today
  • Ensure commercial contracts with minimum commitments are in place for existing customers
  • Customer relationships are wider and deeper with more senior level contacts that know about Arkadin and see the value of our Web & UC solutions we provide
  • Elevate the working knowledge of Web & UC across the North American sales force
  • Be an expert in Arkadinís Web & UC solutions, policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • University Degree
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience with consultative and solution based selling approach
  • Experience with Cisco, Adobe, Microsoft, Citrix Web Conferencing or other similar web solutions
  • Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
  • Ability to sell to C-Level executives and across both IT and business units
  • Previous experience working in an overlay sales capacity
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft licensing models highly preferred
  • Passion and committment for customer success and entrepreneurial character
  • Must have a persuasive nature and professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
